Restoring purchases
On a new phone or tablet, open Grown-ups, answer the question, then tap Restore purchases. The full game and part packs come back for free. Hint packs are used up as they are spent, so they can't be restored.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone and iPad, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's order history.
Progress
Progress is saved on the device only. Deleting the app deletes it, and it doesn't move between devices.
Is it safe for my child?
Copperworks has no ads, no accounts, no chat, no tracking and collects no personal information. Purchases only open behind a grown-ups question. See the privacy policy.
Real circuits
The game teaches real electronics. If your child builds circuits for real, use small batteries only (AA, AAA or 9 V), never wall power, and stay nearby.
